oh rite. excuse me for my OFFENSIVE language! *hehe* its js that i was reading CLEO mag js then and this article totally SHOCKED me. and i was like . . . !@#$@%^ OMG OMG OMG!! >.<

Researchers at Birmingham University tracked the health and menstrual patterns of 18-22 year old women with irregular cycles or more than 39 days apart, were twice as likely to develop diabetes than those with regular cycles. Irregular cycles are often caused by polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), which can lead to insulin resistance and over time, diabetes.

*sigh* its blatant why im feeling agitated about this matter. DOH!!! the fact that im a blooooody chocolate lover. DAMNIT! shit!! this means i MUST cut down on my sweet intake levels, which i've been tryin to do for the past few years *haha* DARN!! O.o didnt seem to work, i guess. oh boy, how GREAT!! cos im still eating chocolate like craaaaaaazy. Chengy said i had sugar overdose yesterday. well, i think i did too. i stuffed myself with ice cream, cakes, and bloooody hell MORE CAKES!! *ARgggghhhHHh* so annoying that i cant stop myself!

h'ok. enuff mumble grumble about this. lets indulge ourselves into sumtin more interesting!!

i went to DAVID TAO's LOVE CAN 2006 concert last saturday @ Bukit Jalil and it was a blast!! he is just so damn talented and even the papers stated that he was a conscientious artiste. WOW! aint he GREAT?? HE IS GREAT!! >.< yea yea... im a fan. i love his songs. im a big sucker for his songs since college days?? BUT, pls DO BEAR in mind that im not a totally-go-NUTS-over-David Tao fan. im a coool fan *HAHAHAHA* :oP

conclusion, concert was excellent. maybe cos he sang all the good songs. songs that i know, obviously *hehe* songs from his very first album till the latest. one huge highlight was when he picked a gal up to duet with him. OMG!! the crowd went MAD!! i can assure u that ALL the FEMALES were like screaming at the top of their lungs, prolly cos SHE hugged him!?!??!!? damnit!! *hehe* i was ONE of the FEMALES that went *AHHHHHHHHH* i reckon jealousy was all over my face at that moment *hoho* and i went *bOooooooooooooooooo*

oh yeah, there was one point where everyone was like shouting 'Tao Zhe, Tao Zhe'. i was the only one who went 'Yo, David' *hahaha* man~ my fwens looked at me and laffed, then, givin me that "WHAT-THE-look" *hahaha* >.< and i was like..WOT?!?!?! he keeps singing 'DT in the house' so i figured its RnB ritE?!?!? O.o therefore, a simple 'YO' would do good.

another highlight would be the singers and the band. they were really good as well. if im not mistaken, one of the gal singer was only 16 years old! DAMN!! and she sings blooody well. im so greeeeeeen with envy!! *HAHA* ^(OO)^

nuthing interesting happened to me nways. oh, besides trying to get myself to go gym more often, NAH~ nuthing new~ *haha* im like a blooody pig who js eats and sleeps. damnit!! ^(OO)^

OH YES! and i need to stop SHOPPING!!
